We had contacted Luke from the Fawcett group a year prior to our actual job starting. We had asked for a quote for plumbing/gas/electrical a Granny flat. What we were impressed with, was when we received the quote everything was itemised and made it relatively easy for us to understand. Our quote changed along with our circumstances and Luke kept us informed, answered our concerns and queries and followed through when he said he would. The Fawcett team was friendly, approachable and helped relieved some of the anxiety and stress of 2 people with a young daughter both working full time while overseeing the build of a GF and at the same time renovating the main house. Along the way we added some extras which were fairly priced ,and when you're spending north of 23K on the GF we really were budget conscious. Like anything there were a few hiccups along the way again dealt with quickly without drama. Our suggestion to anyone dealing with any company ,especially if you're spending a not inconsiderable sum is to be clear in what you want, be open and flexible to expert advice and work with your builder/tradies etc and if things do a bit awry, then keep the communication going and flowing.
